  1. How can you make a booking on the website?

The booking of our services by the user is made and completed through the tracking of the booking procedure described in this section. By booking our services, you accept that communications with TENESUR, S.A. / JACAMAR S.A.  be mainly through electronic means.

To make a booking on our website, you must follow the following steps:

  1. First, the user must choose a date, number of rooms, persons and the discount coupon if applicable.

TENESUR, S.A. / JACAMAR S.A. shall contact you via e-mail or SMS, asking for your arrival time. TENESUR, S.A. / JACAMAR S.A. seeks whenever possible to satisfy the special requests of the clients, according to availability and possibilities.

  1. Price of the services.

The prices that appear at all times next to our services include added taxes. If there is a typographical error in any of the shown prices and a user has made a purchasing decision based on such error, we shall immediately inform them of this and the user shall have the right to cancel his booking without any cost.

  1. Payments

When making a booking and for its confirmation, the user must provide his/her credit card details as guarantee for the booking. The booking shall be completely ensured as soon as the user receives a confirmation via e-mail.

The booking cost shall not be charged to your credit card. The payment is made directly at the reception desk of upon arrival.

TENESUR, S.A. / JACAMAR S.A. shall only request direct payment of bookings made from one day to the next, or bookings with special conditions, in accordance with specifications of the client. Likewise, additional services (flowers, cakes, services that may be requested) shall be charged upon making the booking.

  1. Cancellation

Users can cancel their bookings at least 24 hours prior without cancellation expenses. If the cancellation occurs on the same day of the booking, TENESUR, S.A. / JACAMAR S.A. reserves the right to charge the cost of the first night to their credit card.

  1. Travel insurance

We recommend that you have good travel insurance properly covering incidents such as medical visits, loss of baggage, etc.

  1. Passports and Visas

All users without exception (including children) must carry their pertinent valid personal and family documents, either passport or DNI, in accordance with the laws of the country that they are visiting. Users are responsible, whenever necessary, for the obtainment of visas, passports, vaccination certificates, etc. If the visas cannot be obtained by refusal of any Authority, for personal reasons, or if the users are not allowed to enter the country for not complying with the pertinent requirements, or if the documents are defective or if they do not bring them, the hosting services provider is exempted from all liability in this respect, and the user must pay any expenses that may arise in connection therewith, and in such cases the terms and regulations established for the event of voluntary cancellation of the services shall apply. All users, especially from non-EU countries, are likewise reminded that they must ensure before travelling that they comply with all applicable regulations and requirements regarding visas in order to enter without problems any country to be visited. Those under 18 must bring a written authorisation signed by their parents or guardians, in case that this is requested by any authority.

The Product purchase agreements through our Website and the controversies or claims arising therefrom or referring to their subject matter or execution (including non-contractual claims or litigations) shall be governed by the Spanish legislation.
